Rightness is what matters in vertical thinking richness is what matters in lateral thinking.



a problem is simply the difference between what one has and what one wants.

blue hat

Process

have written work,because of legal issues.

Statement of Work

things your going to do,the things the company needs to do,job description in a table format

they need to provide some text of what should be done.

conditions must be noted:changes and alterations.

In the final stages of the process you should also have an outline of how the final product will be presented.

FINAL PROJECT:document the process of your final project have the six hats and the other processes of your project.
mind maps, define six hats,
visual direction through mind maps

This class also proved to be quite effective as it helped me to understand how to clearly outline the tasks which have to done in the final project this semester as well as beyond.
